Recent Gifts

The Department of Economics is grateful to an anonymous donor who has generously given $100,000 to our new Visiting Scholars Fund. This gift will support our workshop and seminar program and will allow us to bring in top economists for longer visits.

The Department of Economics is also pleased to announce the establishment of the Kevin H. Burley Economics Scholarship, a $5,000 annual award for undergraduate students heading to top graduate programs in the UK or US. So far, two deserving students have won this award.
