Andrea Barker, the 2017 YMCA Young Woman of Excellence recipient, has achieved a great deal in her young life. She now has her sights set on completing a master’s degree in medical biophysics and in just a few months at Robarts, she is making major strides with her research in developing new ways to understand the role of pulmonary and bronchial vasculature in patients with bronchiectasis.
