Dr. Michael Myers, MD’66, recently published a new book, “Becoming a Doctor’s Doctor: A Memoir”, detailing how he came to be a psychiatrist to other physicians, specializing in treating those at high risk for suicide.
Dr. Michael Ott, MD’01, was selected as a Top 10 Capstone Projects finalist by the Harvard Surgical Leadership Program.
Dr. Jane Philpott, MD’84, presented a TED talk for TEDxQueensU entitled “Lessons From Detours”.
Dr. Peter Pisters, MD’85, was elected to the Board of Directors for CEO Roundtable on Cancer.
Jessica Rodgers, PhD’21, received a Rising Star Award from the Ontario Rising Stars in Cancer Research Network, recognizing excellence in cancer research and leadership and engagement in the cancer research community.
Dr. Yashoda Valliere, MD’20 was featured by Maclean’s for her work with peers across the country to support health care providers during the early days of the pandemic.
